Mall of Batumi is Mixed Use development in Batumi, Georgia with a regional shopping centre, casino and hotel. The shopping centre is a single-level mall with a feature double-storey piazza at its heart housing both food and entertainment facilities. A 150-key hotel is located on the site’s most prominent corner with one wing of the hotel lifted 10m above ground to form a pedestrianised gateway into the mall. The casino is attached to the hotel lobby and forms part of the mall to ensure that the three different typologies complement each other in a mutually beneficial way.
